To place an order, add items to your cart and send your order via email. We normally respond within 24 hours.

Terms & Conditions

Ordering

La Boutique offers an email-based ordering process. Here is how it works:

  1. Add your desired products to the shopping cart on our website. Select size and colour for each item.
  2. Go to the cart and click "Order via email". This will open your email client with a prefilled order.
  3. Review the contents, add your name and contact details, and send the email.
  4. We will confirm your order within 24 hours with information about availability and payment.
  5. The order becomes binding once confirmed by La Boutique.

All prices are quoted in Norwegian kroner (NOK) and include value-added tax (VAT) unless otherwise stated.

Payment

Payment is made after order confirmation. We accept the following payment methods:

  • Bank transfer
  • Vipps (Norwegian mobile payment)
  • Cash on collection in store

Payment details are provided with the order confirmation. The applicable price is the price at the time of ordering.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Free delivery on orders within Norway.
  • For orders abroad, shipping is calculated at current Posten/Bring rates.
  • Estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days within Norway.
  • International shipping may be arranged on request. Contact us for rates.
  • We will send you tracking information when your order has been dispatched.

Right of Withdrawal & Returns

In accordance with the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act (angrerettloven) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Conditions for return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The item should be returned in its original packaging where possible.
  • Contact us at kontakt@la-boutique.no within the withdrawal period to notify us of the return.
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, unless the item is defective or the wrong item was delivered.

Exchanges: We offer size and colour exchanges subject to availability. Contact us to arrange an exchange.

Refunds: Refunds are processed within 14 days of our receiving the returned item and confirming it is in satisfactory condition.
